Will Frazier served on a panel along with Charles King (Amarillo), Robert Collier (Dallas) and Larry Gibbs (San Antonio)discussing how recent decisions such as Hackl, Kerr, Reichardt, and Strangi should influence influence the drafting of various provisions of partnership agreements. Also discussed were client management of FLPs and the implications of the Dunn case (even though the latter is not related to FLPs).
