Promotion in Houston Office
Howard Frazier Barker Elliott, Inc. promoted Robert L. Moore, Jr., to Managing Director. Since joining HFBE in January 2003, Mr. Moore has participated in financial advisory and valuation projects for fairness opinions, mergers and acquisitions, private placements of debt and equity, restructurings, estate, gift and income tax requirements, and litigation support. Subject companies represent a broad range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, oil and gas exploration and production, oil field services, financial services and other service businesses, real estate, information technology, communications, retail, and casinos and gaming. Over his career, Mr. Moore has been extensively involved in merger and acquisition and asset sale transactions with a total value in excess of $500 million.
Mr. Moore received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
