Alex Howard was a speaker at the 8th Annual Estate, Tax, Legal & Financial Planning Seminar at the All Children's Hospital Education & Conference Center in St. Petersburg, Florida on February 9, 2006. Mr. Howard presentation entitled "Valuation Discounts: No Rudder and Iceberg Ahead" discussed the Closely Held Equity Valuation Interpolation ("CHEVI"), a new approach to supporting discounts. Mr. Howard also presented an appraiser's viewpoint of recent FLP court cases and the latest methods of responding to those issues.
