Fees for services are generally related to the number of hours that experience has shown to be required to compile and analyze all relevant information and to document our conclusions in a manner consistent with the highest professional standards. On some transactions, however, fees are not solely related to hours expended but reflect other factors as well as the schedule for completion required by the client. A fairness opinion in a merger transaction or sale representation would be an example of such an assignment. The amount of documentation and the extent of our discussion is in all cases consistent with the purposes for which a valuation is being performed.

Fees for investment banking services usually have two components; a consulting fee and a success (contingent) fee.

We would be pleased to provide a written proposal outlining our understanding of your valuation requirements, the approach we would take to satisfy those requirements, and an estimate of the time and fees necessary to complete your assignment. As with all our engagements, all information will be kept in the strictest confidence.
