Since 1995, participated in financial analysis and/or valuation of corporate securities and partnership interests of private and closely held companies as well as publicly traded corporations. Since 2003, launched a real estate group within HFBE to provide a broad range of financing, advisory, and investment services to real estate operating and development companies. Product offerings include access to equity, debt, mezzanine, and mortgage financing; restructurings; and recapitalizations. In the past four years, HFBE has raised more than $90 million in institutional equity capital, which financed more than $600 million in real estate property acquisitions and new developments.
