generating $3.1 million in fees. Developed capital source database consisting of over 1,000 senior and
mezzanine lenders and private equity funds. Also responsible for maintaining legal document files.

Healthcare Capital Group, Inc. Houston, TX Vice President for this local investment banking and consulting
firm focused on the health care industry. Responsibilities include managing transactions, all financial
research and analysis, new business development, transaction placement. Initiated marketing program for
new business development. Assisted in the initial formation of the company including filing tax and
organization documents. Also responsible for the establishment and maintenance of corporate financial
records and accounting system, including tax reporting.

analyst/associate in the Corporate Finance Department. Involved in all phases of various transactions
including public offerings, private placements, leveraged buyouts and mergers and acquisitions.
Responsibilities included company and industry financial analysis, preparing financing and selling
memorandums for client companies and preparing presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
Extensive contact with clients and financing sources. Developed financing model used in analysis of LBO's and acquisitions.
